Casual and Comfortable
When going on a casual brunch with friends or going to a family gathering I always wonder if I’m going to be too dressed up or not enough. But as you know there aren’t rules or what’s right for my style might to be right for yours, so the key for casual outfits is whatever makes you comfortable. For me, when it comes to shoes for a casual day is simple, flats. There is no need to have sky high heels on a casual day. I barely wear them for weddings. Flats are my best friend on a casual family outing or brunch date with the girls. Scarves are a great way to add pattern to your outfit and accessorize it. You can wear it as a scarf, a belt, or a bracelet, I might dare to say that scarves are my favorite accessory in general. Now, just because you want to be comfortable, it doesn’t mean going out in sweatpants, put some effort in it, just don’t worry too much about it, at least that’s what I tell myself. Any secrets you have on how to not stand out in a family dinner would be much appreciated, as this happens to me too often.
