I did not sleep very well last night, on top of being sore from the gym, I was extremely hot. We had a warmer day yesterday, 65 degrees. The house just didn’t cool off at night and because it was raining, the windows had to stay closed. I end up tossing and turning all night and getting up this morning wasn’t easy. I hope I don’t this extend to the rest of my day, I do believe what differentiates a good day to a bad one is mindset. I need to take some time this morning to do things I enjoy so I can change my mood, a good breakfast, a few pages of my book, a hot shower and some quiet time should do. My schedule is full for the day, including a client’s deadline so I’m gonna keep this short.
