For some reason I find eating healthy at breakfast, snack and dinner easier than lunch. Not sure why. Here are 7 ideas for next week lunches:
Wrap with peppers, hummus, maybe some avocado and cheese.
Toast with avocado, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, balsamic.
Zucchini pizzas, skip the meat!
Rice, avocado, fried egg bowl.
Pasta with broccoli.
Chickpeas and avocado salad.
Spinach, pecan, apple salad.
