I have been eating so bad lately I can't even tell you. The stress and lack of discipline had gone too far this past weeks. I also found a million excuses to not go to the gym. But I need to get back on track ASAP, specially since I'm a month away from my vacation!
Here is how I plan to do it:
- One Day of eating 100% clean - Oatmeal bowl in the morning, fruits for snacks, salad for lunch, quinoa and veggies for dinner.
- Exercise 7 days this week
- Run 3x - get my sweat on! Get back with my half marathon training
- One Day of Juicing only this week
- Cut out processed sugar, sodas, fried foods, bad carbs
